Two types of meat infuse these meatballs with authentic, Italian flavor. Ground beef and ground pork, or mild Italian sausage, form the “balls” and a cube of fresh mozzarella is secretly tucked inside.
Serve over spaghetti or on top of a hoagie for a delicious meal you’ll want again and again. Be sure to make a double batch – leftovers reheat well! But to be honest with you, I just grab a meatball or two straight from the fridge for a quick snack when I’m hungry!
